Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training
  • ServSafe certification
  • Minimum experience as specified
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • ServSafe certified
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic math operations
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with initiative
  • Proficient with personal computers and software applications
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
