Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promotion
- minimum 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility for external recruitment
- must be 18 years or older
- completion of restaurant manager training
- ServSafe certification
- proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic math abilities
- analytical skills
- good organization and planning
- self-starter with initiative
- computer proficiency
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to operate a vehicle and make bank deposits
- physical ability to stand and walk majority of the shift
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1 year experience as an associate manager and/or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal candidates
- minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- must be at least 18 years old
- must complete restaurant manager training
- ServSafe certification required
- proficient in English communication
- excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- ability to perform basic math
- proficient with personal computers and software applications
- valid driver's license and insurance
- demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitors staffing levels to ensure sufficient talent development
- ensures training systems are fully implemented and adhered to
- identifies and develops internal candidates for management and team leader roles
- promotes a positive restaurant environment that is employee-friendly, clean, safe, and motivating
- complies with labor laws and regulations
- manages daily restaurant operations to achieve excellence
- provides exceptional guest service and food quality
- responds to guest concerns professionally and timely
- maintains restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- analyzes operational and financial performance data to identify trends and implement improvements
- focuses on increasing sales and profitability
- monitors costs and adherence to budget
- fosters a culture of integrity, respect, and ethical behavior
- coaches and develops employees, providing performance feedback
- ensures quality and safety of food and restaurant cleanliness
- manages change initiatives and prioritizes goals
