The Restaurant Manager role at Jack in the Box is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Requires ability to speak read and write effectively in English
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P and L responsibility
  • Valid driver's license insurance and personal vehicle available
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to stand and walk 85 to 95 percent of the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P and L responsibility for external recruit
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Ability to speak read and write effectively in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient in basic math concepts
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Proficient knowledge of personal computers and software
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
