Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager internal candidates
- Minimum 3 years management experience external recruits
- Valid driver’s license insurance and use of personal vehicle
- Ability to stand walk 85 to 95 percent of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive motor vehicle
- Ability to use computer keyboard
