The Assistant Manager role at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen is a pivotal leadership position reporting directly to the General Manager. This full-time in-person role based in Colorado Springs, CO, commands a starting salary of $60,000 per year, reflecting the importance and demands of the position. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of external management experience or 1 year Pei Wei manager experience with additional restaurant management experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to make timely, sound decisions
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects up to 30 lbs
  • Must work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO
  • Effective communication skills
