Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 20-40 lbs daily
- ability to bend to pick up items and assist in serving
- mobility to cover 95% of shift supervising all areas
- continuous standing with minimal stationary standing
- ability to climb stairs
- no driving required
- availability to work in indoor environments with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees in some areas
Job Qualifications
- More than two years of post high school education
- two to three years of full employment experience in a related position
- thorough knowledge of restaurant and hotel practices and procedures
- strong supervision and management communication skills
- ability to investigate, analyze, and make logical recommendations
- ability to make decisions guided by policies and procedures
- excellent comprehension for guest and associate relations
- strong oral communication skills
- knowledge of policy interpretation and implementation
- familiarity with chemicals and agents for training
Job Duties
- Manage associates across outlets to attract, retain, and motivate employees
- hire, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach, counsel, conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide communications, and recommend discipline and termination
- implement company programs and manage operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and laws
- forecast, control, and report on budgets including labor, food, beverage, supplies, and equipment
- respond to customer trends, needs, and issues to enhance guest experience and future sales
- create, recommend, and implement promotions, displays, and presentations to increase guest engagement and local market share
- monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service
