The role of Restaurant Manager at Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is integral to the successful operation of its diverse dining outlets. This full-time position requires an individual who is not only experienced in managing high-volume restaurant environments but also passionate about delivering unparalleled guest experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations including guest service, inventory management, cost control, marketing, budgeting, and adherence to policies. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in high-volume restaurant operations
  • Ability to work full availability including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage outlet operations including guest service standards product quality inventory cost controls profitability marketing budgeting and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Monitor service and product quality assess guest satisfaction address issues and identify opportunities to continuously improve the dining experience
  • Supervise coach and mentor team members conduct performance evaluations provide professional development opportunities and recognize achievements to build retain and engage a high-performing team
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies up-selling techniques and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability
  • Lead hiring efforts conduct interviews and train new team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence
  • Maintain compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
