Our success is rooted in our people—both our dedicated team members and valued customers. As a passionate, fast-growing company, we’re looking for motivated individuals who share our love for exceptional food and service. Join us in transforming airport dining!

The Opportunity: High Flying Foods is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our Farmerbrown & Gott's Roadside Restaurants at San Francisco International Airport. You will lead a dynamic team, foster a positive environment, and oversee the daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence. If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and a foodie at heart, we’d love to hear from you. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $28-32 per hour, quarterly bonuses, and a robust benefits package. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, managing food quality, staff training, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will help drive the success of the restaurant while ensuring an outstanding experience for every guest. Embracing a proactive approach, you will handle administrative duties such as payroll and scheduling, implement company policies, and collaborate with upper management to solve challenges. This role demands someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for food and hospitality. Working at San Francisco International Airport adds an exciting dimension to this role, with diverse clientele and a fast-paced environment that keeps each day engaging and rewarding.
