Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory control, and employee scheduling
- strong organizational skills with ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- sound judgment and strong decision-making abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to pass Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment
- eligible to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Ensure adherence to company standards and local regulations
- oversee daily operations including staff management, food quality, customer service, restaurant maintenance, and inventory control
- supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house teams providing leadership and fostering collaboration
- recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure consistent performance and exceptional customer service
- enforce company policies and procedures
- identify and resolve operational issues working with upper management
- handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, and ad hoc projects
- perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations
