Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory control, and employee scheduling
  • strong organizational skills with ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • sound judgment and strong decision-making abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to pass Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment
  • eligible to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure adherence to company standards and local regulations
  • oversee daily operations including staff management, food quality, customer service, restaurant maintenance, and inventory control
  • supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house teams providing leadership and fostering collaboration
  • recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure consistent performance and exceptional customer service
  • enforce company policies and procedures
  • identify and resolve operational issues working with upper management
  • handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, and ad hoc projects
  • perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations
