Known for its extensive oyster program and dynamic menu focused on the freshest seafood, Row 34 has built a reputation not only on exceptional cuisine but also on a people-first culture that emphasizes teamwork, growth, and hospitality. Each venue offers a vibrant yet approachable dining experience characterized by a lively atmosphere and attentive service. Employees at Row 34 are part of a progressive and inclusive organization dedicated to fostering both personal and professional growth through continued education and development opportunities.

Row 34 Seaport is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the restaurant’s signature hospitality and operational excellence by ensuring a smooth and efficient service environment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be a visible and active presence on the restaurant floor, leading by example in a fast-paced, service-driven atmosphere. Your leadership will be critical in coaching, mentoring, and developing front-of-house staff to provide warm and attentive hospitality that exceeds guest expectations. In addition to managing daily restaurant operations, this role involves close collaboration with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure all areas of the restaurant run efficiently and effectively.

A key aspect of the position includes oversight of bar operations, encompassing inventory management, ordering, and cost controls in partnership with the Bar Manager. Candidates with experience in bar programs and a hands-on approach to beverage operations are highly valued. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant workplace for both staff and guests, fostering strong interdepartmental relationships between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Row 34 views this role not only as a management position but as a critical leadership opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the restaurant brand.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at $70,000 per year and comes with an excellent benefits package designed to support employee well-being and development. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service are encouraged to apply. Joining Row 34 means becoming part of a vibrant and supportive culture where your leadership can make a real impact on both the team and the guest experience.
