Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to perform repetitive forward bending of head/neck
- Capability to bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and reach as required
- Able to perform repetitive motion and apply force
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of working in a seated position as needed
- Ability to work in a hot kitchen environment
- Must possess clear sight, speech, and hearing to communicate effectively
- Good sensation in hands necessary to avoid burns in kitchen

Job Qualifications
- Strong culinary background preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and high stress environment
- Flexible availability based on restaurant needs
- Current or ongoing Food Safety Manager certification
Job Duties
- Leading team members by exemplifying exceptional guest service and fostering an enthusiastic and uplifting environment
- Ensuring team members adhere to established policies and procedures
- Managing payroll documentation, new hire training, and offboarding processes
- Reviewing team training checklists and certifications
- Conducting daily line-ups to communicate training and operational updates
- Coaching, mentoring, and managing team member relations in partnership with Executive Chef and People Services
- Ensuring employee safety training and adherence to safety standards
- Managing purchase tracking and ensuring operating costs align with budget
- Resolving guest complaints and reporting guest injuries according to protocol
- Supervising restaurant opening and closing
- Ordering restaurant supplies and approving invoices
- Submitting expense reports and managing catering orders
- Ensuring proper use of Point of Sale systems
- Performing daily line checks, monthly walkthroughs, and hazard checklists
- Completing nightly notes and sales tracking
- Performing other related duties as assigned
