Job Description

Our company is a unique hospitality group that deeply celebrates and embraces Mexican culture through authentic dining experiences. We pride ourselves on our long-standing partnership with Walt Disney World, operating prestigious properties including locations at Epcot, Coronado Springs, and Frontera Cocina at Disney Springs. This partnership allows us to offer not only a culturally rich environment focused on excellent cuisine and customer service, but also the unparalleled benefits and exclusive perks that come with association to one of the world’s most renowned entertainment and theme park companies. We are committed to providing memorable dining experiences that highlight both the cultural heritage and culinary excellence of Mexican cuisine, creating a vibrant atmosphere for both guests and team members alike. The team-oriented and guest-focused environment values dedication, professionalism and a passion for hospitality excellence.

As a Restaurant Manager within our organization, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants situated within these Walt Disney World properties. This leadership position requires a driven individual who can effectively support, coach, and direct the front-of-house restaurant team to ensure all team members perform to the highest standards and consistently meet daily operational goals. The Restaurant Manager must have a strong commitment to maintaining superior guest service standards, food and beverage quality, safety protocols, and financial responsibility. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying any standards that are not met and taking swift corrective action to address issues with team members. You will also need to demonstrate exceptional delegation skills, maximizing productivity and efficiency while fostering strong working relationships among team members, vendors, and guests.

In addition to managing operational tasks, you will ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning food safety, occupational health and safety, and employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of food and beverage service, restaurant management best practices, leadership capabilities, and regulatory food safety requirements. This role emphasizes not only achieving financial targets and guest satisfaction but also nurturing and developing the front-of-house team through ongoing training and coaching. With an emphasis on teamwork, communication, and delivering outstanding hospitality, this position is perfect for professionals passionate about elevating dining experience standards in large, high-volume and upscale restaurant environments. Join us to be part of a vibrant culture that blends exceptional Mexican dining with the magic of Disney theme parks, offering a dynamic career path full of opportunities for growth and advancement.
