The Restaurant Manager must exemplify strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive the restaurant's operational success and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and good working order of the facility, executing shift management procedures, utilizing technology systems, handling employee functions such as discounts and time clock overrides, and implementing reward and recognition programs for crewmembers. Raising Cane's offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time managers, including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy benefits, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and more, underscoring the company’s commitment to employee well-being and development.
