Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in upscale or fine-dining environment
  • proven leadership abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency with POS and reservation systems
  • ability to handle guest interactions professionally
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in upscale or fine-dining management
  • polished, warm, and confident in guest-facing roles
  • strong communicator with excellent leadership skills
  • comfortable with POS and reservations systems
  • ability to mentor and develop front-of-house staff
  • knowledge of health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily dining room operations and service flow
  • lead, train, and mentor servers, hosts, and bartenders
  • resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • coordinate with the culinary team for seamless service
  • manage scheduling, labor efficiency, and service standards
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines
  • support special events, seasonal menus, and promotions
