Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in food and beverage or related field OR Two-year degree in related major
- Two years experience in food and beverage or related field
- Ability to supervise and manage staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Understanding of liquor laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to manage financial aspects of department
- Willingness to assist during peak periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Experience in training and development
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning
