The position available is for a Restaurant Manager of the Future, designed as a full-time, short-term training role with a wage of $24.75 per hour. As a Restaurant Manager of the Future, you will manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, guest service, team leadership, and direct management of crew and other managers. Your role will encompass people management processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, and coaching. You will also be responsible for critical operational decisions involving inventory control, budgeting, food ordering, and quality assurance.

The position requires a strong commitment to maintaining McDonald's high standards of food safety, guest and employee safety, and operational excellence. You will oversee restaurant maintenance plans, ensure compliance with McDonald’s policies and procedures, and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Additionally, the role includes specialized responsibilities related to allergen awareness and menu compliance, especially under California's new Allergen Disclosure law (ADDE). Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience direct crew and manager work
  • Lead and manage recruiting hiring and onboarding staffing performance management train coach and motivate staff
  • Plan and make critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
  • Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
  • Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
