With a strong reputation in local communities, Polly's prides itself on being more than just a restaurant; it is a place where quality food meets exceptional service, making every guest feel valued and part of an extended family. The brand's core philosophy revolves around delivering extraordinary value, first to the dedicated team and then to the guests who walk through the doors each day. This approach has helped Polly's build lasting relationships and a loyal customer base, ensuring continued growth and community presence.

The role of Restaurant Manager at Polly's is pivotal to the successful operation of a single store location. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual who can demonstrate accountability and ownership across all aspects of the restaurant's operations. The Restaurant Manager serves as the face of Polly's Pies to the local community and is instrumental in 'Delivering the Promise' every day: Fresh, Friendly, Above and Beyond Expectations. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the restaurant's standards, driving team development, and ensuring financial targets are met.

The Restaurant Manager will lead workforce planning efforts such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, education, and ongoing coaching to uphold Polly’s standards consistently. The individual in this role will also foster team building through strong interpersonal relationships and support systems, enabling managers and team members to thrive and grow within the company. As a strategic leader, the Restaurant Manager works closely with their management team to meet sales goals, optimize guest satisfaction, monitor quality standards, and implement continuous improvement practices.

Financial stewardship is a key component of the Restaurant Manager’s duties. They will manage budgeting and variance analysis, maintain financial controls, and oversee all cash handling procedures to safeguard company assets. Inventory management, accurate forecasting, and efficient purchasing are required to maintain the balance between supply and demand, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability. Additionally, the manager will engage proactively with customers and the community, driving brand initiatives and marketing programs to enhance the store’s visibility and increase sales. Compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations is strictly enforced to create a secure environment for employees and guests alike.

This challenging yet rewarding position demands a minimum commitment to varied working hours, including weekends, holidays, and closing shifts, recognizing peak business periods and staffing needs.
