Shake Shack is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team at the Galleria at Roseville location. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $27.90 to $34.40 per hour, along with quarterly performance bonuses. As a Restaurant Manager at Shake Shack, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills to train and motivate team members and drive excellence in every aspect of restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, with a deep understanding of personnel management, food preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and safety regulations.
In addition to operational management, the Restaurant Manager will play an active role in community engagement by promoting the brand locally through word-of-mouth and organizing restaurant events. The position also involves ensuring compliance with all sanitation and safety standards to maintain the highest quality and safety for guests and staff. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Understanding of financial operations
- Food handler certification preferred
- Flexible availability
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
- Food handler certification, preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours
