The current opportunity is for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the New Belgium Brewing Restaurant located at Denver International Airport. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the restaurant’s reputation for excellence. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, including managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality, and guaranteeing compliance with company standards and local regulations.   • flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights weekends and holidays
  • must be able to pass a criminal records history check and security threat assessment sta to obtain airport-issued badge and show proof of eligibility to work in the u.s.

Job Duties

  • ensure adherence to company standards and local regulations
  • oversee daily operations including staff management food quality customer service restaurant maintenance and inventory control
  • supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams providing leadership and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • recruit train and mentor staff to ensure consistent performance and exceptional customer service
