  • excellent communication skills
  • familiarity or interest in Japanese cuisine preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume
  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • exceptional communication skills
  • ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
  • ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certifications preferred but not mandatory
  • no degree required

Job Duties

  • Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members
