Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 6-8 hours
  • Lift and carry up to 20 lbs
  • Reach bend and stoop occasionally
  • Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones
  • Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring seamless and efficient service
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness safety and compliance with health regulations
  • Manage inventory ordering and cost control to optimize profitability
  • Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant's high standards
  • Work 50-55 hours per week including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate
