Located in a lively setting, the restaurant offers a flavorful menu from brunch through dinner featuring popular dishes like Chicken & Waffles, Shrimp & Grits, and Mimosa Towers. This role is for a Restaurant Manager passionate about leadership and excelling in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. As a pivotal team member, the Restaurant Manager will uphold Milk & Honey’s core values by fostering a culture of teamwork, outstanding service, and creating memorable guest moments daily. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all daily restaurant operations, ensuring water-tight coordination between front-of-house and culinary teams to maintain the restaurant’s high standards of excellence. Leading and motivating a dedicated team, this manager will focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving regular performance goals. The role demands commitment to managing the restaurant’s cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with health regulations. It also involves handling inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize profitability. This position requires 50–55 hours of work weekly including evenings and weekends, adjusting as needed to meet the business's dynamic demands. With a focus on creating a positive, productive work environment, the Restaurant Manager will be a key contributor to enhancing Milk & Honey's reputation as a top Southern brunch destination within the competitive hospitality industry. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 6-8 hours
  • Lift and carry up to 20 lbs
  • Reach bend and stoop occasionally
  • Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones
  • Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment
