This role is designed for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager who will lead the front of the house operations with dedication and strategic insight. The Restaurant Manager at The Ryder plays a pivotal role in inspiring and managing the restaurant team, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing team members to reach their fullest potential, overseeing financial aspects such as budgeting and inventory control, as well as driving revenue growth. This leadership position requires a hands-on approach to daily operations, including opening and closing the restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, and engaging directly with guests to collect feedback and continually improve service quality.
