Job Requirements
- physical ability to perform all duties regularly including lifting up to 50 pounds
- flexible availability including evenings weekends and some holidays

- commitment to adhering to company policies and procedures
- ability to work varied weekly hours depending on business needs
Job Qualifications
- two years experience managing a quick-service restaurant
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership communication and team-building skills
- good understanding of food service and safety standards
- ability to navigate and resolve customer complaints
- effective inventory management skills
- proficiency in daily accounting and cash auditing procedures
Job Duties
- ensure customers have great guest experience by ensuring products are hot fresh and delicious
- manage and develop employees ensuring they are clean and neat in appearance
- ensure cleanliness of the property including restrooms floors coolers kitchen front counter back-office dining area fountain area and sidewalk entrance
- ensure employees uphold strict food safety standards
- navigate customer complaints with grace and escalate if unresolved
- ensure proper rotation and storage of perishable products to maintain freshness and avoid spoilage
- actively recruit interview and staff store to operate within budgeted hours without overtime
- control inventory to maintain shortage performance at less than 1.0% short to merchandise sales
- compile input reconcile and balance daily close-out paperwork and complete end-of-day accounting by 8:00 am
- strictly follow and enforce vendor check-in policy and personally count all merchandise received
- adhere to company policies and employee handbook
