Job Requirements
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- Stand and move at a steady pace for up to 10 hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Ability to read write and use small tools equipment
- Driver's License required
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience required
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead and deliver friendly timely guest service aligned with brand standards
- Foster a positive culture rooted in Flynn Applebee's values
- Respond quickly to guest concerns and ensure positive resolutions
- Engage guests through required table visits and ongoing interaction
- Maintain product quality through line checks and operational evaluations
- Schedule team members effectively to meet business demands
- Ensure strong sanitation safety and security practices
