Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have completed food safety and sanitation training
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification required
- Prior management experience in full-service restaurants
- Strong operational and customer service skills
- Ability to coach and lead teams effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Capable of managing multiple priorities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Food safety and sanitation training completion
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage changing priorities
Job Duties
- Manage various operational areas including hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Assist General Manager with employee selection and training
- Oversee performance management of hourly staff
- Ensure operations comply with company policies and standards
- Manage vendor relationships and compensation
- Support business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
- Promote the business to build sales and increase profits
