With over 450 locations worldwide, Hooters continues to expand its footprint, offering a unique blend of hospitality and entertainment centered around its world-famous menu and iconic Hooters Girls. The brand is synonymous with a fun, energetic setting where guests can enjoy outstanding wings, ice-cold beers, and engaging service. At Hooters of Kissimmee West, we pride ourselves on maintaining high standards in hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere, ensuring every visit leaves a lasting positive impression.
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Hooters of Kissimmee West. The Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing various operational aspects within the restaurant, particularly focusing on hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety measures, drink presentation, and the overall atmosphere. This role is integral in supporting the General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in line with company policies and standards. The manager will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate compensation, and verifying that vendors meet the business's needs effectively.
In this capacity, the Restaurant Manager will assist in the selection process of both Front of House and Back of House employees and will play a significant part in training and developing restaurant staff. Managing the performance of all hourly employees, especially those in guest-facing roles, is essential to guarantee their success and contribution to the restaurant’s goals. Furthermore, the role encompasses a range of business administrative duties including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate is passionate about food, people, and providing a vibrant and fun work environment. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and value teamwork, leadership, and customer engagement, this opportunity at Hooters is designed for you. Our comprehensive paid training program equips you with the necessary skills to excel in leadership roles and advance within the organization. Hooters prides itself on its core values of caring deeply, elevating spirits, respecting everyone, valuing feedback, and exceeding expectations—values that our Restaurant Manager embodies daily.
This is a full-time management position offering the chance to grow professionally in an iconic and expanding restaurant brand. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional food and service while fostering a positive team environment, Hooters of Kissimmee West welcomes you to join our passionate team and contribute to our continued success.
