Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have completed food safety and sanitation training
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification required
  • Prior management experience in full-service restaurants
  • Strong operational and customer service skills
  • Ability to coach and lead teams effectively
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Food safety and sanitation training completion
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage various operational areas including hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Assist General Manager with employee selection and training
  • Oversee performance management of hourly staff
  • Ensure operations comply with company policies and standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and compensation
  • Support business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
  • Promote the business to build sales and increase profits
