Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management or supervisory role within a high-volume quick service or fast-food restaurant
  • Proven track record of job stability and career longevity
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, lead, and empower team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in working with Point of Sale applications
  • Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • Committed to maintaining a customer-focused environment
  • Current Food Service Sanitation Managers Certification, or the ability to attain one
  • Current Allergen Certification or the ability to attain one

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operational supervision and execution
  • Provide hands-on leadership by working alongside team members during peak hours
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality service and food standards
  • Support inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Help drive unit performance by executing creative strategies to increase sales and manage costs
  • Interview and recommend candidates for hiring, promotion, and termination
  • Resolve guest concerns in a professional, timely manner
  • Ensure operational excellence by executing daily opening and closing procedures
  • Help achieve or exceed restaurant goals related to sales, service, and staff performance
