The Service Leader position offered through the JOEY Accelerated Leadership Program is an exciting opportunity for individuals who demonstrate proven leadership abilities and a passion for people development. This program is a three-month, fast-tracked development initiative designed to prepare emerging leaders for managing multi-million-dollar restaurant operations while simultaneously enhancing leadership skills in a high-energy, coaching-driven environment. Your role will encompass the responsibility of leading teams ranging from 50 to 100 members, focusing on attracting, retaining, and nurturing high-performing individuals committed to delivering excellence.
