This full management position comes with a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, starting with an hourly wage of $23.75. Managers benefit from additional compensation, including a biweekly bonus equal to 10% of customer tips and quarterly performance bonuses, making the earning potential highly attractive. As a Manager at Jersey Mikes, you will act as a coach, mentor, and leader for your restaurant business unit, modeling positivity, dedication, and exceptional service to inspire your team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure total customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality products and excellent service. This role demands a strong ability to respond promptly and effectively to customer concerns, maintain operational standards, and foster a collaborative team atmosphere. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience as team or shift leader in restaurant, retail, or convenience store
  • Jersey Mike’s phase 1 and 3 certification with intent to complete phase 2 within 12 months
  • Knowledge of employment law and human resources practices
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Physical capability to stand, twist, reach, grab, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver license with a clean record and liability coverage
  • Food handler’s permit
  • Willingness to transport cash securely
  • 100 percent attendance required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a team or shift leader position in restaurant, retail, or convenience store
  • Jersey Mike's phase 1 and 3 certification with commitment to complete phase 2 within first 12 months
  • Knowledge of employment law and human resources practices

  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Possession of a food handler's permit
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and liability coverage
