This Restaurant Manager-In-Training position located in North Fort Worth presents an exciting opportunity for individuals over 18 years old who possess some supervisory experience in the restaurant industry. The role is part of a 12-month structured development program designed to groom candidates for a general management role at Jersey Mike's. The program progresses through multiple stages—starting as a crew member focusing on mastering essential job stations like sprinkling, wrapping, slicing, and grilling sandwiches efficiently while building rapport with teammates and customers, advancing to shift lead where the individual manages shifts, ensures team performance and safety, and then onto assistant manager responsibilities including scheduling, ordering supplies, training staff, inventory control, customer relations, marketing, and catering management.

The journey from crew member to assistant manager involves rigorous training and skill acquisition, including obtaining specific certifications such as the Food Handler's Certificate, Manager’s Food Safety Certificate, and Jersey Mike’s phase certifications. Candidates are expected to exhibit strong communication, leadership qualities, dependability, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
