The Restaurant Manager position at Wendy's, located in Gulfport, MS, offers an exciting career opportunity for individuals passionate about leadership and the food service industry. Customer service is at the heart of Wendy's operations, and as a Restaurant Manager, you will train the team to be responsive, courteous, and prompt in meeting customer expectations. Administrative duties such as crew scheduling, budget review, and P&L analysis will form a part of your routine tasks, further supporting business objectives.

This position requires a commitment to continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving, with the goal of enhancing restaurant performance and customer loyalty. Joining Wendy's as a Restaurant Manager means becoming part of a respected brand that values its workforce, fosters a culture of learning, and rewards contributions that drive business success.
