Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old or older
- high school diploma or ged required
- legal right to work in the united states
- minimum of 6 months supervisory experience preferably in service-related business
- open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong planning organizing and follow-up skills
- excellent decision-making and conflict resolution skills
- ability to manage time effectively and meet objectives
- must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change
- desire to develop team and continue personal growth
Job Qualifications

- minimum of 6 months in a supervisory role preferably in a service-related business

Job Duties
- ensure cost categories including food cost labor cost cash and controllable expenses are controlled to company guidelines and budgeted levels
- produce positive sales growth by improving 5 Bells CORE speed of service and food quality
- maintain adequate staffing levels for all shifts and days
- prepare and conduct performance appraisals for crew members shift managers and assistant general managers
- perform hiring processes for new employees and management staff
- coach and counsel crew members and managers to achieve certification and performance levels
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization following food service sanitation guidelines and regulations
- ensure compliance with local state and federal employment laws
- verify restaurant environment safety and take corrective action when needed
- oversee preventative maintenance procedures and report repairs
- ensure excellent guest service levels and handle guest complaints effectively
- provide timely feedback to area coach on operating results
- manage turnover effectively through training and positive work environment
- prepare food and handle cash register as needed for training and service
