This role is designed for an engaging leader who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced, quick-service environment and is highly guest-facing. The Restaurant Manager will play a critical role in leading daily restaurant operations, overseeing both the front and back of house with a strong presence and active involvement. This position requires managing peak service times with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality in every customer interaction from order placement to delivery.

The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example and is comfortable stepping into any operational area as needed, whether that involves coaching team members, expediting orders, or resolving guest concerns in real time. This role demands a motivated hospitality professional passionate about exceptional customer service, team building, and fostering an upbeat and energetic atmosphere that encourages repeat business from both guests and staff. The Restaurant Manager is instrumental in maintaining high service standards, supporting and motivating team members, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Hencraft’s Restaurant Manager will be compensated with an anticipated base salary of $62,354 annually, accompanied by an annual bonus plan linked to company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan based on role. Additionally, Delaware North offers an extensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, tuition and professional certification reimbursement, and generous discounts at many affiliated hotels and resorts. This comprehensive compensation and benefits framework is designed to support the personal and professional growth of their team members, exemplifying Delaware North’s commitment to their people and their futures.
