The role also involves active participation in recruiting, performance feedback, and utilizing company training programs to promote continuous leadership development.

Physical demands include the ability to work varied shifts of up to 10 hours, including weekends, standing and moving throughout the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds safely, and handling restaurant-related tools and tasks. This position requires someone adaptable who can also work in different roles within the restaurant as needed, from front-of-house activities like seating guests to back-of-house duties such as cooking or bartending.
