Job Requirements

- minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant operations
- back-of-house experience strongly preferred
- ability to work a 40-hour week
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- support the store manager as second in command
