Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience
  • ability to lead and motivate staff
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • able to stand, walk, and occasionally lift during working hours
  • willingness to relocate within Colorado

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience (McDonald’s or similar preferred)
  • proven leadership skills with a strong, confident presence
  • excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • strong financial and analytical skills
  • highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • college degree in business or hospitality is a plus
  • willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations with precision, including staffing, inventory, food safety, and customer service
  • maintain a strong, professional presence that sets the tone for the entire team
  • be consistently punctual and hold your team to high standards of attendance and professionalism
  • recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on reducing turnover
  • foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes growth and long-term retention
  • deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with care and urgency
  • monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability
  • execute local marketing initiatives and build relationships within the community
