Boselli & Sons LLC DBA McDonald’s is an independent franchisee operating 21 McDonald’s locations across Colorado. We are currently hiring a full-time Restaurant General Manager who is 18 years of age or older to lead one of our franchise-operated McDonald’s restaurants. The General Manager will play a key role in steering the business toward operational excellence by overseeing day-to-day restaurant activities, driving team engagement, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on leadership and a results-driven mindset to build a loyal and high-performing crew. The position requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.

The General Manager will embody the core values of the franchise, maintaining a strong professional presence while modeling excellent attendance and punctuality. The pay scale for this role ranges from $58,700 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, with additional bonus pay based on performance results. Job Requirements

  • 18 years old or older
  • Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • On-site, active management role in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to relocate within Colorado
  • 2–5 years of relevant restaurant management experience

  • Strong financial and analytical skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • college degree in business or hospitality is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed
