We are currently hiring a full-time Restaurant General Manager who is 18 years of age or older to lead one of our franchise-operated McDonald’s restaurants. The General Manager will play a key role in steering the business toward operational excellence by overseeing day-to-day restaurant activities, driving team engagement, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on leadership and a results-driven mindset to build a loyal and high-performing crew. The position requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.

Job Requirements
- 18 years old or older
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- On-site, active management role in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to relocate within Colorado
- 2–5 years of relevant restaurant management experience
Job Qualifications
- 2–5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience (McDonald’s or similar preferred)
- Proven leadership skills with a strong, confident presence

- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- college degree in business or hospitality is a plus
- Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed
