- restaurant experience of at least 4 years preferred
- knowledge of food and beverage
- excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

- anticipate guest needs to ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- complete side work and tasks as assigned by management
- maintain assigned section with urgency while able to multi-task and observe entire dining room
