Job Requirements
- restaurant experience of at least 4 years preferred
- knowledge of food and beverage
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- passion for food, wine, and service
- understanding of tableside etiquette
- willingness to work part-time and temporary shifts
- availability to work evening shifts
- ability to work in person

Job Duties
- anticipate the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options
- describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests
- offer interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods
- expertly coordinate food timing between courses
- anticipate guest needs to ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- complete side work and tasks as assigned by management
- maintain assigned section with urgency while able to multi-task and observe entire dining room
