Job Requirements

  • restaurant experience of at least 4 years preferred
  • knowledge of food and beverage
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • passion for food, wine, and service
  • understanding of tableside etiquette
  • willingness to work part-time and temporary shifts
  • availability to work evening shifts
  • ability to work in person

Job Duties

  • anticipate the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options
  • describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests
  • offer interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods
  • expertly coordinate food timing between courses
  • anticipate guest needs to ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • complete side work and tasks as assigned by management
  • maintain assigned section with urgency while able to multi-task and observe entire dining room
