Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years as a restaurant manager or above in the restaurant industry
- proven leadership experience
- exceptional customer service skills
- experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- adaptability to fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- motivate and coach staff to deliver authentic guest experiences
- uphold high standards in food and beverage quality
- prepare monthly financial and operational reports
- oversee daily restaurant operations
- manage financial transactions including P&L, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll
- hire, train, and mentor team members
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
