Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years as a restaurant manager or above in the restaurant industry
  • proven leadership experience
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • experience with budgeting and financial reporting
  • skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • adaptability to fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years experience as a restaurant manager or higher in the restaurant industry

  • excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • proficient with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Duties

  • motivate and coach staff to deliver authentic guest experiences
  • uphold high standards in food and beverage quality
  • prepare monthly financial and operational reports
  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • manage financial transactions including P&L, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll
  • hire, train, and mentor team members
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
