Job Requirements
- Proven management experience in restaurant operations
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff schedules and train employees
- Experience in inventory and cash management
- Available to work in person full-time
Job Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment ideally within fine dining or casual dining settings
- Strong background in food service management including supervising staff managing budgets and overseeing food quality
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Experience in food preparation cooking techniques and kitchen management is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively and foster a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations inventory control practices and hospitality industry standards
- Previous experience working in hotel or catering settings is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staff scheduling shift management and ensuring smooth service flow
- Lead staff training and development to uphold exceptional customer service food safety and food handling standards
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen management to guarantee high-quality culinary output aligned with fine dining or casual dining standards
- Control inventory levels manage food production and monitor stock rotation using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions accurately including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at the end of shifts
- Ensure compliance with health regulations safety protocols and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Collaborate with the team to plan catering events or banquet services maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction
