Job Requirements

  • Proven management experience in restaurant operations
  • Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha and Micros
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage staff schedules and train employees
  • Experience in inventory and cash management
  • Available to work in person full-time

Job Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment ideally within fine dining or casual dining settings
  • Strong background in food service management including supervising staff managing budgets and overseeing food quality
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
  • Experience in food preparation cooking techniques and kitchen management is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations inventory control practices and hospitality industry standards
  • Previous experience working in hotel or catering settings is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staff scheduling shift management and ensuring smooth service flow
  • Lead staff training and development to uphold exceptional customer service food safety and food handling standards
  • Oversee food preparation and kitchen management to guarantee high-quality culinary output aligned with fine dining or casual dining standards
  • Control inventory levels manage food production and monitor stock rotation using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • Handle cash transactions accurately including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at the end of shifts
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations safety protocols and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant
  • Collaborate with the team to plan catering events or banquet services maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction
