Job Requirements
- Must be able to fluently speak and read English
- math and writing skills
- restaurant, retail or supervisory experience
- physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- able to perform motions including pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- minimum age requirements may apply

Job Duties
- Administer, direct and oversee recruitment and development of team members
- ensure implementation and application of operational standards of quality service and cleanliness
- operate restaurant in a cost-effective manner by setting and obtaining sales and profitability goals
- manage processes and people to deliver great and friendly guest experience during assigned shifts
- prepare products according to operational and quality standards
- provide leadership, direction and motivation to store team
- counsel, discipline, promote or fire store level employees
