The Restaurant Manager role at Quality Brand Group is a vital leadership position responsible for the overall management and success of a Dunkin' restaurant location. This position requires a hands-on leader who ensures the effective recruitment, development, and leadership of team members within the store. The Restaurant Manager oversees the implementation of all operational standards related to quality, service, and cleanliness, guaranteeing that each aspect of the restaurant's functioning aligns with company policies and customer expectations.

In this role, the Restaurant Manager is accountable for driving sales and profitability, managing the store's financial performance as if they were the owner. They play a critical part in setting sales goals, controlling expenses, and maintaining high operational standards, including food safety and product quality. The Restaurant Manager also manages daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring team members deliver excellent guest experiences through efficient service and high-quality product preparation.

Leadership is a core component of the position, requiring the Restaurant Manager to motivate, direct, and develop store team members, including Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers. Candidates for this role should have prior experience in the food service industry and hold certifications such as Food Safety and Serve Safe. Physical demands of the job include lifting weights between 30 to 50 pounds and performing repetitive motions involving pushing, pulling, and wrist movements.

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of $56,485 to $60,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to fluently speak and read English
