Job Requirements

  • Must be able to fluently speak and read English
  • math and writing skills
  • restaurant, retail or supervisory experience
  • physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
  • able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • able to perform motions including pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
  • minimum age requirements may apply

Job Duties

  • Administer, direct and oversee recruitment and development of team members
  • ensure implementation and application of operational standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • operate restaurant in a cost-effective manner by setting and obtaining sales and profitability goals
  • manage processes and people to deliver great and friendly guest experience during assigned shifts
  • prepare products according to operational and quality standards
  • provide leadership, direction and motivation to store team
  • counsel, discipline, promote or fire store level employees
