- ability to lead, coach and mentor a team

Job Duties
- Daily management of 1 shift
- no need to ask staff to work a double when you close at 3
- no close/open shifts for our managers
- work alongside the FOH and BOH staff
- conduct one full inventory for each period
- full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation
- fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job
- support and communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time
- relocation opportunities within the states we operate in
- consistently seek out and hire exceptional team members
