Additional duties include overseeing safety and security programs, promoting cleanliness and sanitation, managing routine maintenance reporting, supporting recruitment and management training, and continually developing staff through coaching and performance evaluations. The role also involves active participation in compliance with company policies and legal regulations, cost control, and maintaining accurate operational paperwork.
