As part of its dedication to nurturing talent, White Lodging offers the Manager in Training (MIT) Program, an immersive and comprehensive onboarding and learning experience designed to kickstart leadership journeys in the hospitality industry. This program lasts sixteen weeks, or six months for Accounting Manager candidates, providing specialized training aligned with the respective discipline where each participant will begin their career.

The Manager in Training Program equips participants with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in leadership roles within the company. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees transition into managerial positions such as Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Restaurant Manager, Sous Chef, Accounting Manager, or Sales Manager, depending on their area of training and talent. This career path allows participants to make an immediate impact in their respective markets while growing professionally within a supportive and resource-rich organization. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, leadership development, and understanding operational workflows to prepare future managers to lead their teams effectively and uphold White Lodging’s high standards of quality service. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and a desire to advance their career in a vibrant and growing company.
