The Restaurant Manager position at Citizens Live at the Wylie in Pittsburgh, PA is a salaried management role focused on overseeing and enhancing concessions and bar dining operations. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of implementing innovative food and beverage solutions to meet the diverse tastes and needs of customers. The Restaurant Manager will supervise the daily operations where prepared foods and drinks are served from a menu, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities encompass leading and developing the team using Aramark's coaching model, recognizing and rewarding employee performance, and maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation.

This leadership role involves building strong client relationships by addressing client needs and communicating operational progress effectively. Financial oversight is critical, with the manager responsible for maintaining and analyzing profit and loss statements, achieving financial targets for both clients and the company, and educating the team on performance metrics and cost-control measures. Productivity management includes enforcing operational excellence fundamentals, adhering to food and labor cost objectives, and ensuring all team members are trained to deliver consistent quality and control in production.

Compliance with all relevant laws and company policies is mandatory to maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees. Additional responsibilities include leading front-of-house dining operations in collaboration with the Food Service Director and coordinating food service activities to deliver a finished product that meets customer expectations. The role demands flexibility, as job duties may evolve to meet organizational needs.
