Job Description
Chili's is a renowned casual dining restaurant established in Dallas, Texas in 1975, with a rich history of serving guests with exceptional hospitality. Known for its Big Mouth burgers, house-smoked ribs, full-on fajitas, and hand-shaken margaritas, Chili's has become a staple in the dining industry by delivering consistent quality and service. The brand is deeply rooted in a culture that values service, hospitality, and community involvement. With a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences every day, Chili's has grown while maintaining a welcoming and fun atmosphere that appeals to diverse clientele and values teamwork and employee development.
As a Chili's Manager, you will be at the heart of maintaining the restaurant's high standards for guest experience and team engagement. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and leadership, thriving in fast-paced environments while juggling multiple responsibilities. Chili's Managers are not only accountable for driving business success but are also champions of the brand's culture, embodying values like accountability, teamwork, and food perfection. With a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year, this full-time position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, foster open communication, and motivate team members to achieve both operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the team’s experience by leading with both heart and mind, overseeing everything from hiring and training to quality control and cost management. Managers use Chili's operational systems such as the Manager Timeline and Line Checks to uphold quality and financial standards, ensuring the restaurant’s success. Additionally, you will be expected to build meaningful connections not just within the walls of the restaurant but also within the local community, enhancing guest loyalty and restaurant reputation. This leadership position demands accountability, self-reflection, and the ability to influence changes that drive continuous improvement. Candidates who love hospitality, enjoy motivating others, and take pride in high performance and guest engagement will find this role rewarding and impactful.
