Job Description

Chili's is a well-established casual dining restaurant chain that originated in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Over the decades, Chili's has built a reputation as a go-to spot for those seeking an inviting dining experience featuring Big Mouth burgers, house-smoked ribs, sizzling fajitas, and hand-shaken margaritas. Rooted in a rich tradition of service, hospitality, and community engagement, Chili's has maintained its commitment to delivering exceptional food and memorable experiences to every guest on every visit. The company culture is deeply focused on creating a fun and inclusive environment where both Team Members and Guests feel valued and appreciated. With an emphasis on teamwork and genuine interaction, Chili's encourages its leaders to cultivate a respectful and motivating workplace culture that supports growth and high performance.

The Manager role at Chili's is central to maintaining this high standard of hospitality and operational excellence. Managers are recognized as the crucial link between the restaurant's goals and daily execution, fostering a positive atmosphere that balances a strong business focus with a fun and energetic work environment. Chili's Managers are passionate about connecting with people—they lead with both heart and mind, supporting Team Members while ensuring Guests receive an outstanding experience every time they visit. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and accountability, encouraging a culture of transparency and open communication.

Managers are responsible for a wide range of operational duties, from ensuring the highest food quality and safe handling practices to managing costs effectively using Chili's proprietary systems. They are expected to lead by example, modeling excellent operational and quality standards while helping Team Members grow into larger roles through hiring, training, and retention efforts. In addition to driving business results, Managers play an instrumental role in building community engagement and promoting Chili's cultural beliefs, which include accountability, food perfection, and putting the Guest experience at the forefront.

Employment for this position is offered on a full-time basis with a competitive yearly salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000. This role promises a rewarding career path for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and are motivated by results and people development. If you are dependable, enjoy collaborative work, and have a passion for creating memorable dining moments, Chili's Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a respected industry leader.
