Your responsibilities will also extend beyond the restaurant's four walls as you engage with Guests and cultivate relationships within the local community. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with safe food handling procedures and embody Chili's culture and core beliefs which include principles like every Guest counts, food perfection, being accountable, and playing restaurant. This role demands a dependable, multitasking team player who flourishes in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute positively to a fun and successful team atmosphere.
