The position is full-time and comes with a competitive annual salary range of $65,000 to $72,000. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of daily operations, ensuring all aspects of the restaurant function smoothly and guests receive a superior dining experience. This leadership role requires overseeing staffing activities including hiring, training, and ongoing employee development, as well as directly managing scheduling and inventory reconciliation.
