Job Duties

  • Oversight and execution of daily operations
  • Leading each shift with open eyes and ears
  • Assisting the General Manager with the success of all programs and systems including Manager in Training and Certified Trainers
  • Hiring and training hourly employees
  • Injury reporting
  • Supporting all front-of-house operations systems including order guides, quality control, food safety, and sanitation
  • Ensuring budget adherence
  • Handling all guest and team member complaints, comments, and concerns swiftly and consistently
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for team members and a safe dining environment for guests
  • Facilitating ongoing professional development
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to ensure financials are on track, recorded accurately, and submitted on time
  • Managing various administrative programs
