Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
- A degree in Hospitality Management or similar is preferred
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong passion for hospitality and service
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Working knowledge of local and national health codes
- Excellent communication
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Oversight and execution of daily operations
- Leading each shift with open eyes and ears
- Assisting the General Manager with the success of all programs and systems including Manager in Training and Certified Trainers
- Hiring and training hourly employees
- Injury reporting
- Supporting all front-of-house operations systems including order guides, quality control, food safety, and sanitation
- Ensuring budget adherence
- Handling all guest and team member complaints, comments, and concerns swiftly and consistently
- Maintaining a safe working environment for team members and a safe dining environment for guests
- Facilitating ongoing professional development
- Collaborating with the General Manager to ensure financials are on track, recorded accurately, and submitted on time
- Managing various administrative programs
