Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant experience required
- management experience preferred
- successful completion of corporate training program required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Title 4 Manager Certification
- valid Food Handlers Certification
- Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work late nights and unpredictable hours
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Hire and train restaurant staff
- organize and oversee staff schedules

- interact with guests taking feedback to improve service and menu offerings

- collaborate with Regional Manager to develop and manage budgets including revenue forecasting and expense management
- monitor financial performance analyze variances and implement corrective actions
- implement strategies to drive sales increase revenue and achieve financial targets
- conduct regular menu tastings
- monitor food and beverage presentation portion control and quality
- ensure customer satisfaction with restaurant experience
- handle customer complaints diplomatically
- ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
- manage inventory and purchase supplies
- conduct daily inspections for compliance with health and safety standards
- evaluate and schedule repairs and maintenance of equipment
- collaborate with chefs on menu development
- maintain sales records track cash receipts
- prepare and submit operations reports
