Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of management experience
- experience with P&L
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- ability to manage inventory and cost controls
- experience handling schedules and training
- excellent communication skills
- positive and professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of Management Experience - Preferably with a mix including a full-service corporate restaurant brand
- Some P&L exposure is ideal
- The ability to build and lead a strong team
- Inventories, cost controls, and some experience with declining budgets
- Hiring, scheduling, and training validations
Job Duties
- Focus each day -Taking great care of our guests and staff members
- Come to work each day with a great attitude
- Responsible for training staff, helping with marketing and HR admin duties
- Ensure good service with both front and back of the house responsibilities
- Inventory, cost control, POS interaction, schedules and managing productivity
