The position available is for a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager. In this role, you will be responsible not only for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations but also for fostering a positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike. This position requires a hands-on approach, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service by managing both front-of-house and back-of-house functions. Responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, handling marketing initiatives, and performing important HR administrative duties. Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of management experience
  • experience with P&L
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • ability to manage inventory and cost controls
  • experience handling schedules and training
  • excellent communication skills
  • positive and professional attitude

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of Management Experience - Preferably with a mix including a full-service corporate restaurant brand
  • Some P&L exposure is ideal
  • The ability to build and lead a strong team
  • Inventories, cost controls, and some experience with declining budgets
  • Hiring, scheduling, and training validations

Job Duties

  • Focus each day -Taking great care of our guests and staff members
  • Come to work each day with a great attitude
  • Responsible for training staff, helping with marketing and HR admin duties
  • Ensure good service with both front and back of the house responsibilities
  • Inventory, cost control, POS interaction, schedules and managing productivity
